Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 days for processing. 

All items are custom made, our current turn around time is 7-14 business days. Once your item/s have been completed and are ready to ship out, we will send out an email with all tracking information. Higher volume work times may experience a slight delay- we will do our best to ensure it is sent out within the proper time period. 

RTS items-(Ready to Ship items) unless you are adding a customization to the RTS they will be shipped out within 5 business days. Customization requiring epoxy will need a few extra days to cure, in order to be within the guidelines set forth by the FDA. 

 

• Business Days Definition : Typically refers to working weekdays (Monday–Friday).
• Non-Business Days: Include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.
